Disrupting logistics with an aggressive data-driven playbook
Saloodo! was DHL's bet on a digital freight marketplace — shippers on one side, verified road carriers on the other, matched with ML. I joined as the founding designer when the pilot was ready to scale. Small team, fast decisions, real consequences.


30 days to launch, six months to a blueprint
OBI Next was OBI Group's bet that a retailer could move like a startup. I came in with sunzinet to build the bathroom planner MVP in 30 days — then stayed six months to prove it worked with data. The pattern we found became OBI's playbook for digital services: kitchen planner, garden planner, 14 configurators across 640+ stores.
